Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our primary care clinic in Stamford, CT. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive patient care, work collaboratively with medical providers, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Essential Functions

  • ">
  • Promote and restore patients' health through effective implementation of the nursing process.">
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care.">
  • Provide patients with physical and psychological support, educating them on their medical condition, medications, and self-care skills.">
  • Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A valid and current RN License to practice in the State of Connecticut.">
  • CPR certification required upon hire and recertification bi-annually.">
  • Minimum of one to two years of experience as an RN or prior experience as an LPN in a community health setting.">
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful; demonstrate the ability to effectively translate medical terminology.">
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, leadership and motivational skills, and ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.">
  • Proficient in using EMR; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PPT.">

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent health and welfare benefit options, including 100% Outpatient Setting, NHSC Student Loan Repayment, and more.
