Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Support:
    • Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
    • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
    • Facilitate new hire onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation logistics.
  2. Employee Records Management:
    • Maintain and update employee records, both physical and electronic.
    • Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  3. Benefits Administration:
    • Support administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments and terminations.
    • Assist employees with benefits inquiries and issue resolution.
    • Collaborate with external vendors to manage benefit plans effectively.
  4. HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with current legislation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Google Apps for Business (especially Sheets and Docs).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
