Hotel Guest Experience Coordinator

**About the Job:**
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at MSCCN. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage guest bookings, including handling cash and credit transactions.
- Assist guests with any issues or concerns they may have, such as bill issues or local knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with guests, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a computer.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in a front desk or guest service role.
