**About the Job:**

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at MSCCN. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage guest bookings, including handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Assist guests with any issues or concerns they may have, such as bill issues or local knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate a computer.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in a front desk or guest service role.
