Job Title: Resident District Manager

At Fooda, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way people eat at work. As a Resident District Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our success by building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and managing daily food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with client contacts to ensure best practices are being met
  • Communicate with clients on a consistent basis to identify areas of growth or improvement
  • Proactively identify and manage any challenges or issues to address customer concerns or issues
  • Lead quarterly Business Reviews to enhance the relationship with clients and ensure long-term and short-term customer success
  • Collaborate with client contacts to ensure Fooda's standards of excellence are being met across each location
Requirements:
  • At least 5-8 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably with a legacy food provider
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to lead by example in effectively communicating with multiple levels of employees
  • Strong project management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Demonstrated success of hiring, training, and retaining team members
  • Ability to analyze and report on a P&L
  • Willingness to work in a seven-day-a-week operation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Apple Applications
