POSITION OVERVIEW

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is in search of a dedicated Compliance Administrator to join our team. This role offers a distinctive opportunity to support individuals attending institutions regulated by the State Board of Private Licensed Schools, focusing on postsecondary vocational training providers. As a Compliance Administrator, you will engage in statewide travel to address student grievances, perform site evaluations, and ensure adherence to the Private Licensed Schools Act and associated regulations designed to safeguard students.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

In your capacity as a Compliance Administrator, you will be tasked with executing the directives of the Private Licensed Schools Act while managing intricate assignments that support the State Board of Private Licensed Schools. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Traveling throughout the state to resolve student complaints.
  • Investigating instances of unauthorized operations.
  • Conducting on-site evaluations of educational institutions.
  • Presenting cases to the Board for review and decision-making.
  • Assisting the Board's Review and Recommendation Panel.
  • Facilitating requests for hearings.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment.
  • Standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including a 30-minute lunch break.
  • Travel is a necessary component of this role.
  • Telework: There may be opportunities for part-time telework, with a requirement to report to the office at least once a month. A secure high-speed internet connection is essential for teleworking from an approved location.
  • Salary: The starting salary may be fixed in certain instances.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • One year of experience as an Education Administration Associate; or
  • Four years of professional experience in the education sector, including at least two years in educational administration; or
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requirements:
