Position Summary:
The Director of Quality, Compliance, and Education plays a pivotal role in leading quality enhancement initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and facilitating educational programs within the Albright LIFE framework. This position is crucial for maintaining high standards of care and promoting the professional growth of our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality improvement strategies and compliance programs.
- Ensure regulatory standards are met and maintained.
- Lead educational initiatives for staff development.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to support program goals.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred). MSN/BSN is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare management, ideally in a comparable environment.
- Proven leadership and management capabilities with a focus on team motivation and guidance.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to PACE programs.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
