Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and service technicians.
- Respond to inbound calls from tenants, addressing their needs effectively.
- Create and manage work orders for maintenance and repair requests.
- Coordinate the dispatch of technicians in response to service requests.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow up on the status of work orders.
- Engage with tenants post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Prepare and distribute relevant reports.
- Process monthly rent receipts and invoices.
- Maintain organized rental files.
- Collaborate as a team player and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Take on additional responsibilities as new skills are developed, such as attending networking events and conducting client meetings.

Working Conditions
This role primarily involves working in an office environment, often at a desk or computer. The position may involve frequent interruptions throughout the workday, with regular interactions via in-person meetings, emails, and phone calls with clients, tenants, and service technicians.
Physical Requirements
The role may require extended periods of sitting, standing during events, inspections, and property showings, as well as operating a computer and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. Regular lifting and moving of objects weighing up to 10 pounds may also be necessary.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position, which may require some evenings and weekends, along with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
Compensation
Salary is commensurate with experience.
