Job Overview

The Noble Academy, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the Executive Director and Assistant Director.

About the Job

This is a full-time position requiring 8:00 a.m. to Close (1 hour break) Monday through Friday hours. You must be able to work these hours. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in advanced secretarial/clerical experience with extensive contact with people. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a two-year college degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical services for The Noble Academy, Inc.
  • Work under general supervision and handle confidential information and frequent contact with outside agencies, and the public.
  • Serve as back up for classroom teachers in case of absence.
Requirements
  • Able to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, perform word processing.
  • Proficient skills in typing, word processing, and file maintenance
  • Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Calm and patient demeanor
  • Excellent customer service skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience. This job does not currently have benefits.
