Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team at RealManage. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and service providers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and service providers
  • Answer incoming calls, gather basic information, and transfer to the appropriate person for handling
  • Greet and direct residents, guests, and invitees
  • Respond to emergencies in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor and control access to the building
  • Maintain daily logs, records, and forms
  • Walk through facilities indoors and outdoors to ensure areas are neat
  • Monitor cameras
  • Resolve and follow up on all complaints/issues tasks to the front desk
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s)
  • May be assigned other duties by the on-site property managers or staff members
Requirements
  • 1+ years front desk experience
  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Compensation

$17.00 to $23.00 hour, depending on education and experience
