Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and room assignments, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive and efficient experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, report preparation, and filing, as required.
Requirements
