  • Generate insurance quotes and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Secure all necessary documents from clients and ensure timely processing.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with team members to enhance overall performance.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain high levels of retention and product loyalty.

**Requirements:**

  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but we will provide training for the right candidate.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, and be coachable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and respond to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary range of $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
