Job Title: Incident Response Sales Program Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Incident Response Sales Program Lead to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sales leaders and teams to develop and implement sales strategies and processes that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and programs.
  • Develop and maintain sales tools, processes, and methodologies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide sales support and training to sales teams on sales strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales support or consulting operations experience in a high-tech company.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Docusign, G-Suite, and other SaaS tools.
