Creative Services Manager

At Incident IQ LLC, we're seeking a highly skilled Creative Services Manager to lead our creative department and shape the visual and creative direction of our marketing efforts. This role will be pivotal in developing and implementing creative strategies that enhance our brand's visibility and engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand's values and goals.
  • Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, content creators, and video producers.
  • Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, collaborating closely with growth marketing, sales, and external agencies.
  • Create and maintain processes that produce timely assets that perform.
  • Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including content for digital campaigns, print media, social media, case studies, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with growth marketing and sales teams to create compelling campaigns that drive lead generation and customer retention.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet our strategic objectives and quality standards.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and apply best practices in creative design and marketing strategies.
  • Manage the creative department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in creative design and leadership, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of leading a creative team and delivering compelling marketing projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of creative work.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Experience balancing a team of internal resources as well as managing external agencies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation trends.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
