Position Overview:

Project Engineers play a crucial role in facilitating construction operations and collaborating with various departments to ensure projects are executed through meticulously planned preconstruction activities, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. They must maintain a comprehensive understanding of their projects and prioritize tasks effectively with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Collaboration: Project Engineers are expected to contribute to a cohesive team environment, working closely with Project Managers and other stakeholders to uphold the organization's mission and values.
  • Team Coordination: Leverage advanced technology to enhance communication, document management, and quality assurance. Engage with onsite Client Representatives to manage project specifics while ensuring high standards of quality and collaboration with construction teams.
  • Field Operations: Address construction challenges in conjunction with onsite partners. Participate in progress meetings, generate status updates, and present findings to propose enhancements to policies and procedures. Work on resolving claims and suggesting mitigation strategies while adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • 0-4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational abilities, effective time management, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit are essential. A mindset of humility and emotional intelligence is valued.
  • Certifications: OSHA 10 is required.
