This role also involves delegating responsibilities and supervising project teams, including foremen, quality control managers, safety officers, project controls personnel, project clerks, procurement staff, and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Collaboration: Project Engineers will engage in a disciplined approach to contribute to a cohesive team environment while working alongside Project Managers, Field Operations, and Leadership Teams. They are expected to embody the organization's core values and strategic goals.
  • Team Coordination: Leverage advanced technology to enhance communication, document management, and quality assurance. Collaborate with onsite client representatives to ensure project specifications are met while working closely with construction superintendents and skilled trades.
  • Field Operations Management: Address construction challenges in partnership with onsite teams. Participate in progress meetings, generate status reports, and present findings to recommend improvements in policies and procedures. Proactively manage claims, propose mitigation strategies, and develop alternative solutions while adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Prepare for installations and maintain comprehensive jobsite documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • 0-4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is ideal.
  • Strong organizational capabilities, effective time management, professionalism, and teamwork skills are essential. A selfless attitude and emotional intelligence are highly valued.
  • Certifications/Licenses: OSHA 10 certification is required.
