Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Collaboration: Project Engineers are expected to contribute positively to team dynamics while working closely with Project Managers, Field Operations, and leadership teams. They should embody the organization's core values and strategic objectives.
  • Team Coordination: Utilize advanced technology to enhance communication, document management, and quality assurance. Collaborate with onsite client representatives and construction superintendents to ensure project specifications are met with high standards.
  • Field Operations Focus: Address construction challenges in partnership with onsite teams. Participate in progress meetings, prepare status updates, and deliver presentations to suggest improvements in policies and procedures. Work on resolving claims and developing solutions while adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Maintain all jobsite documentation, including daily reports and submittals, while upholding safety protocols.
Qualifications:
  • 0-4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is ideal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, along with professionalism and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Required certification: OSHA 10.
