Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Assistance: Project Engineers are expected to contribute positively to team dynamics, working closely with Project Managers, Field Operations, and leadership teams. They embody the organization's core values and strategic objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Leverage advanced technology to enhance communication, document management, and quality assurance. Collaborate with onsite Client Representatives to coordinate project specifics while ensuring high standards of quality alongside construction supervisors and skilled trades.
  • Onsite Focus: Address field construction challenges in conjunction with other onsite entities. Participate in progress meetings, prepare status reports, and deliver presentations as necessary to recommend improvements in policies and procedures. Work on resolving claims, proposing mitigation strategies, and developing alternative solutions while adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. Ensure all jobsite documentation is meticulously managed and aligned with safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • 0-4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • A four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, effective time management, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Possession of required certifications, including OSHA 10.
