Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Sand & Sea. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue and room nights in the transient markets, managing assigned accounts, and creating high guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Participate in revenue strategy meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and initiatives.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the brand.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Proven track record of success in generating revenue and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with hotel management systems and revenue management software is an asset.
