Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • College degree preferred, with a focus on business, finance, or a related field.
  • Customer service experience is a plus, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Life and disability insurance license required, or willingness to obtain.
  • Proficient in internet-based programs and Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong prioritization and deadline management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and information, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
