Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Benefits and Compensation Manager to manage and administer the day-to-day operations of our company's benefits and compensation programs. In this role, you will ensure that our offerings align with employee needs while promoting a culture of well-being and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Benefits Administration: Manage a comprehensive range of employee benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, and HSAs for both exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Compensation Management: Assist in managing the compensation program, including Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plans and annual bonus structures, while supporting financial forecasting related to bonus plan costs.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on benefit and compensation options and resolving inquiries and issues.
  • Health and Wellness Initiatives: Coordinate health and wellness initiatives and events to foster a culture of well-being and employee engagement.
  • Compliance & Records Management: Ensure compliance in the administration of benefit plans, manage benefit records in the HRIS database, and process invoices in a timely manner.
  • Salary Structure Maintenance: Support salary benchmarking, maintain salary structures for new and existing positions, and align compensation practices globally in partnership with the group compensation team.
Key Deliverables:
  • Successfully complete annual enrollment and bonus goal-setting processes.
  • Manage and audit employee benefit records, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Process invoices, oversee billing reconciliation, and address billing errors or adjustments for all benefit plans, including 401k and COBRA.
  • Manage weekly benefit provider file transmissions and perform benefits audits to ensure coverage accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in benefits and compensation management.
  • Strong knowledge of benefit plan administration, HRIS systems, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external benefit providers.
