Position Overview

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and driving revenue for our organization. This position is focused on creating an outstanding shopping experience for our fans while upholding retail standards through effective back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome fans and engage in conversations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Provide tailored recommendations based on customer interactions and observations.
  • Ensure a strong brand connection by delivering a top-tier shopping experience.
  • Maintain the sales floor and stockroom to the highest standards of organization and cleanliness.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the designated Point of Sale System.
  • Exhibit professionalism and exceptional customer service to positively represent the brand.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old; High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.

  • Ability to develop product knowledge related to team inventory.
  • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to stand, reach, bend, and move throughout the facility.
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Game Day responsibilities may involve exposure to various weather conditions.
