Key Responsibilities- Collaborate strategically with educational institutions to facilitate the implementation of moozoom, drive user engagement, and improve student outcomes.
- Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) for essential client accounts.
- Design customer success initiatives to evaluate learner progress and platform efficacy.
- Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions for educational districts.
- Maintain customer relationships through regular communications via email, phone, and video conferencing.
- Create resources to promote platform utilization, including presentations, articles, and webinars.
- Support contract renewals by highlighting learner achievements through our platform.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor adoption rates and implementation success.
- Work alongside the software development team to suggest features that boost student engagement and teacher usage.
- Assist in leading sales presentations and demonstrations for current and prospective clients.
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or CRM within the K-8 EdTech industry.
- Demonstrated experience in onboarding clients for interactive learning platforms.
- Strong multitasking skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional communication abilities and a talent for building consensus.
- A genuine desire to work collaboratively in a results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in self-management, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience as a school counselor or in Special Education within the K-8 sector is a plus.
- Availability to work during Pacific Time hours.
