Key Accounts Executive

The Key Accounts Executive is a critical role at ImpediMed, responsible for securing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with healthcare customers and prospects. This position requires a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, a history of prospecting, building new and growing existing accounts, and developing and fostering business relationships in the Oncology medical community.
Key Responsibilities- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and grow relationships with high-level executives, physician leaders, and practice administrators, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Lead Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Sales and Business Development: Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, and apply best practices of selling Software as a Service (SaaS) for Oncology, disease prevention programs, or related fields.
- Customer Feedback and Support: Provide customer feedback for product development, representing the voice of the customer, and coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
- Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, and a minimum of five years of proven successful work experience in B2B healthcare sales (device, connected device, biotech).
- Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated ability selling SaaS solutions into hospital systems, hospitals, clinics, or other medical settings, outstanding project management skills, strong aptitude for scientific learning, and advanced communication skills.
- Total Rewards: A competitive compensation package, including a base salary, commission, and benefits, with a salary range of $125k - $135k.
