Interface Americas, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Director. As a senior sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the region.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of growing sales in B2B environments.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership ability to attract, influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives.
