Job Title: Marketing Manager

Logistick, Inc. is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial freight securement company that services many Fortune 1000 customers, including some of the largest, most progressive companies today.

This highly successful B2B product sales company has grown revenue by about 50% in the last 5 years thanks to patented, industry-leading load securement products and its culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer centricity.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, initiative-taking, detail-oriented and solutions-minded individual to fill the following role:

A Marketing Manager to help develop and manage marketing channels to expand and grow new account relations and grow product sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
  • Execute marketing strategies and the execution of plans for existing products.
  • Serve as a partner to sales and product development to determine the viability of potential markets before the production of a product.
  • Work with product development teams to manage new product development.
  • Manage launch campaigns for new products.
  • Manage distribution channels for products.
  • Ensure effective, branded marketing communications, including the company website, print communication, digital, social and advertising.
  • Manage media and marketing staff and external PR agencies.
Reporting Relationships:

Reports to: VP of Sales & Marketing

Responsible for: Growing Revenue and Improving Margins through Effective Marketing

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in marketing, business, or engineering.
  • Prior experience in transportation, distribution, or warehousing a major plus.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office 365 as well as CRM knowledge and experience.
  • Strong project management, organizational and time management skills.
  • Critical thinker and a problem solver.
  • Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to drive projects, but also team-chemistry oriented.

Physical activities and requirements:

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time; ability to work in a standard office environment; may be exposed to outdoor conditions.

Ability to lift to 45 lbs. and install Logistick products, which may require bending, stooping, kneeling etc.
