**Key Responsibilities:**

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, and engineering to ensure alignment with sales efforts and overall company objectives.
* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
* Oversee and manage all aspects of trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
* Continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance, adjusting as needed to improve results.
* Prepare sales budgets and projections and approve expenditures.
* Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
* Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding a product and/or service.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
* Work closely with the VP of Sales to develop and execute promotions and marketing campaigns.
* Serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners. Work closely with the VP of Sales to set annual sales goals and quotas.
* Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
**Requirements:**
* Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer needs.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Excellent leadership skills to motivate and manage Inside Sales team members.
* Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis.
* Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
**Education and Experience:**
* BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field. An associate degree with relevant experience may be considered.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or product sales.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to manage and motivate others. Prior leadership or management experience.
* Strong knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and customer relationship management.
* Familiarity with manufacturing processes, products, and industry trends.
* Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
* Light travel, up to 10% may be required.

Compensation: $70,000+bonus and amazing benefits
