About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cannabis Retail General Manager to join our team at Viridian Staffing's client, a fast-paced Cannabis Dispensary located in Michigan. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our store by developing and implementing strategic plans, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, training, and mentoring to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the business owners to develop and implement marketing plans to drive sales and customer engagement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in retail people management, with a minimum of 1+ year of experience managing a regulated cannabis retail store
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Compliance-driven mindset, with a focus on creating a safe and customer-focused environment
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Eligibility to work for a licensed Cannabis company in the State of Michigan
