Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Representative I, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position involves managing all incoming customer communications via phone and making outbound calls as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries regarding patient results, test information, and service-related concerns.
  2. Document all interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
  3. Assist clients in resolving routine issues related to patient testing and reporting.
  4. Educate clients on our laboratory processes and protocols.
  5. Uphold high standards of quality service and adhere to established procedures for issue escalation.
  6. Exhibit exemplary customer service skills and foster a positive experience for all clients.
  7. Perform additional duties as needed to meet customer needs.

Qualifications:

Preferred education includes a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a medical or customer service role is advantageous.

  • Proficient writing and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Key decisions include accurately identifying client requests, determining appropriate responses to inquiries, and suggesting improvements for operational processes.
