The Evening Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. This position involves providing exceptional service and support during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer service assistance as scheduled, including responding to phone inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation and arrangement of training sessions, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
  • Support individuals with disabilities by facilitating accommodations during classes or events.
  • Offer personalized assistance to consumers when required.
  • Ensure the safety of all attendees, particularly in instances of behavioral concerns.
  • Monitor the entry of guests and parents in the main lobby during scheduled activities.
  • Provide visitors with general information about the organization.
  • Assist with various evening events and activities as needed.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
