- Take Ownership of Customer Shipping Needs: Take ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offer viable solutions to meet their requirements.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Products and Services: Take action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
- Operate Equipment and Software: Operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and be willing to teach others.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: 2-year college or high school diploma or GED required.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding phone skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math.
- Experience: Experience in selling products at point-of-sale and multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.
- Physical Demands: Able to lift 40+ pounds.
