Job Overview
Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC) specializes in delivering pest control solutions tailored for the commercial food sector.
Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in engaging with clients and collaborating with internal IFC team members. Responsibilities include processing orders, preparing freight quotes, and tracking shipments. Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance of applicators' licenses and stewardship data entry, as well as managing product costs, selling prices, and customer-approved pesticide lists, labels, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is essential, achieved through professional service, knowledgeable communication, and meticulous documentation. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a stable and expanding industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from customers and field personnel.
- Assist clients by taking and inputting orders into the order processing system.
- Perform data entry and submit information to SharePoint for tracking shipments, product details, bill of ladings, equipment parts, price lists, respiratory masks/cartridges, gas detection equipment, scanners, labels/SDS, manuals, signs, and miscellaneous labels.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Marketing, and other IFC departments to support cost adjustments, sales comparisons, and special projects.
