- Contribute to assay standardization efforts across different operational groups.
- Draft and review technical documentation and protocols, ensuring adherence to established scientific methodologies and experimental procedures.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate laboratory notebook, tracking assay results and trends.
- Support investigations at manufacturing sites as necessary.
- Continuously enhance analytical skills to meet the demands of current and future assays.
- Promote a safe and efficient laboratory environment.
A Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field, with 0 - 3 years of relevant industry experience is required.
Familiarity with cell line development, as well as upstream and downstream processing, is advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Office, Empower, Symyx, and data analysis tools is essential.
Strong communication and organizational abilities are crucial for success in this role.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment is necessary.
