Job Title: Assistant Manager

We're looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for assisting the General Manager in various aspects of the business, including hiring, training, and development of hourly team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in making timely schedules and staffing levels in accordance with Tito's labor targets
  • Provide support to the General Manager in managing shifts, assigning, and coaching team members on job duties and performance
  • Ensure every guest has a great experience
  • Deliver high-quality, attractive food made according to Tito's recipes
  • Follow proper sanitation and cleanliness standards in the restaurant to fulfill health requirements and Tito's standards
  • Follow all cash handling procedures to minimize cash shortages
  • Foster a safe work environment by following safety guidelines
  • Assist the General Manager in maintaining proper employee records and documentation
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in the restaurant, retail, and/or hospitality industry
  • Ability to drive guest service initiatives by motivating and leading team members
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a sense of urgency
  • Ability to successfully complete training programs
  • Ability to follow all guidelines and procedures set forth by Tito's, local, state, and federal employment regulations

This is a non-exempt hourly position that requires a passion for exciting and delighting our guests. The ideal candidate will have a team-focused, positive attitude and a desire for additional supervisory responsibility.
