Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at the Inn at Bellefield. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service and Front Desk Operations: Provide exceptional guest service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reservations and Registration: Manage reservations, check-in, and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, staff, and management, ensuring seamless coordination and problem-solving.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of front office management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in hotel software systems.
