Sales Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team at Best Buy. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing Sonos products and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a dedicated brand influencer, introducing Sonos to customers and promoting their home theater technology
  • Execute sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
  • Build relationships with store managers and associates, creating a positive impact and increasing Sonos sales in assigned stores
  • Engage customers through dazzling product demonstrations, identifying home audio products that fit their individual needs
  • Assist and train store personnel, helping them communicate Sonos information with confidence
  • Put Sonos products in the spotlight, displaying them perfectly and ready to rock the sales floor
  • Keep the momentum going, knocking out call reports the same day as your store visit
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience required, with consumer electronics experience a plus
  • Be a star, bringing your enthusiastic attitude, strong sales aptitude, and a high degree of initiative
  • Customer-focused, wowing customers with your interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Show them what you know, presenting Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups
  • Reliable ride, must be able to commute to assigned Best Buy location
  • Physical stamina, able to stand for extended periods of time during shifts and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance
  • Tech-ready, access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet

We offer a competitive pay range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for sales bonuses and a retention bonus for program completion.
