Position Summary:

The Crunch Marketing team is on the lookout for a skilled HubSpot specialist who will act as the primary resource for the broader Marketing team and its internal partners. This role emphasizes leadership in enhancing HubSpot capabilities and maximizing the efficiency of the Enterprise HubSpot platform. The ideal candidate should possess a strong affinity for marketing technology, demonstrate expertise in HubSpot, and exhibit a proactive service mindset that fosters knowledge sharing and supports the delivery of marketing excellence. This position reports to the Director of Digital and Marketing Technology and requires in-office presence two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage HubSpot projects and system administration at Crunch.
  • Design, execute, and refine marketing initiatives utilizing HubSpot tools.
  • Configure and enhance the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to meet business objectives effectively.
  • Leverage HubSpot and Google Analytics to generate regular performance and ROI reports, sharing insights and best practices across diverse markets and franchisees.
  • Oversee HubSpot's effectiveness for various target audiences and establish testing frameworks for ongoing optimization of engagement metrics.
  • Manage corporate email campaigns for company-owned locations.
  • Ensure that workflows, landing pages, and templates are appropriately designed for their intended purposes.
  • Act as the primary support resource for internal users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving challenges. Create process documentation as needed.
  • Maintain data quality and integrity within the platform.
  • Develop analytical reports and provide insights on email campaigns and landing page performance.
  • Resolve ongoing issues within HubSpot and serve as a resource for external collaborators utilizing the platform.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on marketing or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub), with familiarity in Sales Hub being a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including report creation and analysis.
  • Demonstrated proactive ownership of responsibilities with a focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Solid technical skills complemented by marketing insight in campaign execution and effectiveness.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred.
