We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Technology Manager to join our team at Duolingo. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our marketing analytics function, ensuring that we have the data and insights needed to drive business growth.

As a Marketing Technology Manager, you will serve as a bridge between marketing and our growth infrastructure engineering team, collaborating on data integrations, SDK implementations, and data sharing and backend integration for our performance marketing campaigns.

You will be responsible for managing data integrations for our mobile attribution platforms, collaborating with engineering on SDK implementations, and owning existing marketing reporting, data, and dashboards.

Additionally, you will lead root cause investigations to diagnose data issues and implement fixes, partner with marketers to develop new dashboards and metrics as needed, and keep up to date with industry trends such as evolving data privacy policies.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in marketing analytics, data visualization, and technical project management. If you have a passion for data-driven decision making and a desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data integrations for mobile attribution platforms

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or another related STEM degree field
  • At least 6 to 8 years of experience as a marketing technology analyst working in the app marketing space
  • Experience with digital privacy policies such as Apple's App Tracking Transparency Framework
  • Strong expertise using SQL to extract, clean, and transform data in large, complex, nested, databases
  • Expertise working with R, Python, or other statistical software
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Data Studio for data analysis, insight synthesis, and presentation
  • Strong ability to translate technical details into digestible summaries for a non-technical audience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrated strong intellectual curiosity
  • Able to work from or relocate to our New York office
