About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional marketer with both a technical and creative skill set to join our Senior Management Team. As Head of Marketing, you will work closely with key management across all departments internally, and manufacturers for all brands, nationally and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative marketing and communications strategies to promote our brands and services
  • Conceive, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital marketing and social media
  • Write compelling copy for all internal and external communications and campaigns
  • Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns and activity to ensure maximum ROI
  • Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all marketing activity
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, including manufacturers, staff, customers, and agencies
  • Manage events, including customer loyalty, launches, activations, partner events, sponsorships, and company social events
  • Research market information, competitor activity, and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Lead and inspire the Marketing team to achieve exceptional results
Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing creative marketing and communications strategies
  • Proficiency with CLM, CRM, digital marketing, and social media strategy
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in marketing and communications are essential
  • Applicants with current automotive sector experience will have an advantage
