Key Role: Head of Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts, develop and execute innovative strategies, and build a high-performing marketing team.

Location: Hybrid work in San Francisco or regular business trips.

Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development
    • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Generate leads, create marketing funnels, and transition them to the sales team.
    • Conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, and customer base segmentation.
  2. Content Marketing
    • Plan and coordinate content production (articles, blogs, analytical materials, videos, podcasts, webinars, etc).
    • Ensure SEO and content analytics to enhance visibility.
  3. Digital Marketing
    • Utilize social media, email marketing, PPC, and other digital channels.
    • Work with marketing analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  4. Team Management and Development
    • Conduct 1-1s with the existing team, hire new team members, and implement KPIs and goals to ensure marketing team efficiency.
    • Be a mentor and coach to your team.
  5. Data-Driven Approach
    • Regularly analyze the ROI from marketing activities.
    • Implement a data-driven approach to the marketing team.
    • Report to management on achievements and plan future steps.
  6. Budgeting and Resource Management
    • Prepare and control the marketing budget.
    • Manage the marketing team and external contractors.
  7. Positioning
    • Develop unique selling propositions (USPs).
    • Ensure a cohesive brand image across all marketing channels.

  • You have experience and can demonstrate results in building marketing efforts in B2B SaaS companies operating in the US market.
  • You've worked in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • You've managed and scaled a high-performing marketing team.
  • You're a natural problem-solver and have a builder's mindset.
  • You've worked in a high-growth, tech-focused environment.
  • You're a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies.

  • You're proficient in using data to drive decision-making and measure recruitment success.
