Lago is an open-source platform that empowers software engineers to build scalable and customizable monetization systems. Our platform enables teams to create usage metering, subscription management, billing, invoicing, and payment systems.

We're a lean and ambitious team of 23, led by our CEO Anh-Tho, who has a strong background in growth and marketing. Our goal is to become a top player in the devtool/OSS space.

Your Role

We're looking for a seasoned PMM-focused Head of Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our business team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing our marketing strategies across PMM, content, events, and community, as well as demand generation.

You'll work closely with our Engineering and Product teams to shape our roadmap and drive growth. Additionally, you'll build and lead a small but mighty team of marketers, focusing on creating a strong brand presence and driving business results.

Requirements
  • Significant experience in PMM, with a strong understanding of the devtool/OSS space.
  • Exposure to at least one other core marketing area, such as demand generation or content.
  • Proven experience in building and leading a small team.
  • Early-stage startup experience, with a passion for organizing chaos and driving growth.
  • Based in SF, with a willingness to work in-office most days.
What We Offer
