A prominent construction distribution firm is expanding its engineering team and is in search of a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join their workforce on a full-time basis.

Position Summary
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong willingness to enhance their technical expertise while contributing to the team. Daily responsibilities will primarily involve troubleshooting mobile devices, particularly Android, alongside addressing various hardware issues. Proficiency in Windows 11 is essential, as well as managing all levels of support tickets. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a crucial requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support as a Technical Support Specialist with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 11 and Android devices.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Show eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
