Job Overview

Dawson is seeking a highly skilled Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between customers and our team, providing accurate and efficient information and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Engage with customers enthusiastically, showing patience and strong communication skills to ensure their needs are met.
  • Advocate for customers, putting yourself in their shoes and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Confidently troubleshoot and investigate to resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Maintain excellent service standards, respond efficiently to inquiries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • International shipping operations, quotations, shipping, invoicing, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Telephone and email communication related to customer inquiries, pricing, and order processing.
Requirements
  • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish and English.
  • Experience addressing issues that customers and prospective customers may have.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, effectively, and efficiently in all correspondence.
  • Strong work ethic and high energy level for fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with a diversified workforce and customer base.
  • Computer skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, and basic user-level competence for both Windows and DOS applications.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
