This is a full-time position that includes benefits and requires travel within designated regions. The work schedule consists of 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday, with hours ranging from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, subject to variation based on location needs.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Specialist:

  • Reception duties
  • Data entry, including intake paperwork and insurance verification, as well as collecting co-pays when necessary
  • Responding to all phone calls and emails with professionalism and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff
  • Managing daily mail distribution
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Collaborating with the IT department to ensure all office equipment and printers are functioning properly
  • Following daily schedules for clients and colleagues
  • Ensuring a tidy office environment

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Complying with all HIPAA regulations and guidelines
  • Conducting oneself in accordance with the employee manual
  • Staying informed of any updates or changes and communicating them to the Office Supervisor

A High School diploma or GED is preferred, along with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
