Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, staff, and leadership.
  • Act as a professional representative of Burrell Behavioral Health.
  • Manage scheduling and rescheduling of client appointments efficiently.
  • Accurately complete client intake documentation.
  • Handle client payments and cost shares for services rendered.
  • Collaborate with providers to oversee cancellation lists and appointment rescheduling.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Perform daily deposit logging with precision.
  • Digitally archive documents into client files.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Strong computer and typing skills are necessary.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities are a must.
