Client Services Representative Role at Williams-Keepers LLC

The Client Services Representative at Williams-Keepers LLC plays a vital role in delivering exceptional client service support, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow within the firm. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients regarding projects and issues.
  • Collaborate with senior professionals and colleagues for project completion and success.
  • Resolve client correspondence issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage senior professional schedules and correspondence to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assist in meeting preparations, report generation, and data analysis.
  • Handle client invoices, project coordination, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client project status and assist with tax-related tasks and compliance.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience in a professional services firm.
  • Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
