This is a full-time position eligible for benefits, operating Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Reception
  • Data Management, including Intake Documentation, Insurance Verification, and Collection of Co-Pays as necessary
  • Respond to all incoming calls and emails courteously, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff
  • Manage daily mail distribution
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure all office equipment and printers are functioning correctly
  • Adhere to daily schedules for client and staff appointments
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and tidy

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all HIPAA regulations and guidelines
  • Conduct oneself in accordance with the employee handbook
  • Stay informed of updates and changes, communicating them to the Office Supervisor

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED is preferred, along with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
