We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team at Stifel. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Financial Advisors with the opening and maintenance of client accounts and records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Account Management: Assist Financial Advisors with opening and maintaining client accounts, including performing clerical functions related to account coding and record-keeping.
  • Client Communication: Provide quotes and other account-related information to clients, and assist with obtaining required documents for account establishment.
  • Operational Support: Perform operational or administrative functions for client-related requests, such as check requests, wiring funds, and address changes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide reports and other information to Financial Advisors as requested, and assist with identifying situations that require attention from Financial Advisors or Branch Managers.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties, including typing, filing, answering phones, and mailing documents/letters.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of clerical or related industry experience required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Series 7 and 63 or 66 required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
