This is a full-time position eligible for benefits, operating Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties
  • Data entry, managing intake documentation, verifying insurance, and collecting co-pays when necessary
  • Responding to all incoming calls and emails with professionalism and directing them to the appropriate staff
  • Managing daily mail distribution
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Collaborating with the IT department to ensure all office equipment and printers are functioning correctly
  • Adhering to daily schedules for clients and team members
  • Ensuring the office environment is tidy and organized

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Complying with all HIPAA regulations and guidelines
  • Conducting oneself in alignment with the employee manual
  • Staying informed of updates and communicating changes to the Office Supervisor

Preferred qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
