Job Summary:

The Branch Banking Client Consultant II provides exceptional client experiences by resolving concerns and delivering personalized financial solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. This role focuses on client management, retention, and introductions to key bank partners to ensure our clients have access to experts who can help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition. Actively seek and deliver the right client introductions to the right team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiatives.
  • Client Experience: Provide positive client experiences by assisting with account questions, problems, and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner. Deliver client engagement and education, meeting behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership.
  • Risk Management: Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly, striving for no controllable losses.
  • Perform more moderately complex special projects and additional duties as required, consistently adhering to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job.

Requirements:

  • High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent, required
  • 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience, including in the financial services industry, required
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, preferred
  • Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures
  • Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies, preferred
