Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at Public Storage. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facilities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple storage facilities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Assess customer storage needs and provide personalized solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
  • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
  • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Communicate with customers regarding payment reminders and collections, resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between facilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and spend time outdoors in various weather conditions.
